    • The impact I would like to have in the lives of my clients and people I interact with is to create a space where people feel safe and heard. Clients expose the most vulnerable aspects of themselves in therapy and this requires a space free of judgement and full of compassion.

    • The aspect of my practice that makes me feel most alive is showing clients how powerful they are in their independent healing journey. That they have the power to heal and create a different future for themselves.

    • My values include integrity, honesty and empathy. The goal for the practice is assist individuals to make choices that would best create a positive outcome for them, their lives and the world. My unique direction is to empower, listen and support the individual and the challenges they face.

    As a therapist, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach that meets each person where they are. My focus is on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and emotions openly. With a strong foundation in traditional therapy and an eclectic mix of holistic techniques such as Educational Kinesiology (Brain Gym®), Access Bars®, and mindfulness, I am uniquely positioned to support both your mental and physical well-being.

    My extensive experience in trauma and abuse counselling, along with specialized training in Neural Integration and parent-infant psychotherapy, allows me to work effectively with a wide range of issues—from emotional trauma to stress management and personal development. Whether through individual sessions or immersive workshops, my goal is to help you build resilience, release negative patterns, and cultivate a more mindful, balanced life.

    Through my workshops, I offer experiential learning opportunities that deepen the connection with oneself and others, fostering emotional healing and growth.     Counselling

    Counselling, which can be received online, is a type of psychological or talk therapy that aims to bring insight to the individual seeking it. Counselling allows for people to modify their behaviour or manage their emotions. This is done in order to find a better way of navigating through adulthood, adolescents, or childhood.

    Counselling is a cognitive approach that focuses on discussing the issues at hand to create more positive coping methods and lessen the emotional connection to the problem.

    There are various types of counselling- the approach will be suited to the specific needs of the client.

    Forms of counselling include;

    Educational Kinaesthetic

    The kinesiology is Brain Gym® orientated, this means that the counselling orientates around a more physical nature and allows trauma to be physically released from the body. Kinaesthetic therapy focuses on trauma, stress and anxiety symptoms. The aim is to alleviate the cause of the symptoms as quickly and effectively as possible, in order to reduce the client’s symptoms.

    Different dimensions such as;

    Access Bars®

    Access Bars is a tool that facilitates a different way of functioning on the planet.

    The Bars are 32 points on the head where you have stored all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, considerations, emotions and attitudes that you thought were important. Getting your Bars run begins to dissipate the electrical charge of polarity and create a space of Ease, Joy and Glory.

    Couples counselling

    Psycho-Educational Talks & Workshops

    These educational talks can be done in schools or businesses to help clients understand and deal with a specific issue. The workshop will focus on explaining the topic and tools for coping with the issue.

    Educational talks include;

    Group Therapy Sessions

    Group sessions are great to attend to connect to others who are having difficulty with similar issues. Often the experiences of others attending the session can contribute to your own unique experience.

    Group sessions will be focused around a specific topic and run 3 to 4 times a year.
